Engaging Customers: Service, Stories, and Sales!
Join Jo-Anne Oucharek for CEDD Module 8 for a workshop designed for artist working within a collective, where welcoming visitors and creating meaningful connections is a shared responsibility!
Together, you’ll explore how to:
– Service — Provide a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every visitor who walks through the door.
– Stories – Share the inspiration behind your own work while also being able to speak confidently about the art and practices of fellow collective members.
– Sales – Support the collective’s success by recognizing buying cues, guiding conversations toward purchase decisions, and celebrating sales as a team effort.
