Join Route 22 Gallery and student art therapist, Kimberly Cota, for a unique session designed to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week.
Using the simple elements of line and color, we will explore how emotions can take shape on the page. This is not about creating a “perfect” piece of art; it is about the movement, the feeling, and the process of self-expression.
You’ll also spend time as a group exploring the ways our individual expressions may overlap and create a shared visual language for the things we feel.
This is a zero-pressure, supportive environment where the focus is on the experience rather than the finished product!
