“I find it a captivating challenge, to take a blank canvas or panel, and create a painting which will tell a story, depict the intricacies of a scene, expose a message, and generate an emotional response from the viewer. This is my mission when I paint: to communicate a message about the world we live in.”
JP Forget blends the boundaries of impressionistic interpretation and realism, bringing to life the magic of nature, the intensity of the seasons, and the rugged beauty Alberta’s west country.
