We are pleased to offer our large onsite teaching and workshop area for general bookings. Our Makerspace features 1000+ sq feet of bright, open space for meetings, arts programming, workshops and events, including tables and chairs. Our facility includes a Kitchen area with fridge, microwave and sink as well as two washrooms. Our Gallery entrance and Makerspace are wheelchair accessible, however our washrooms are not equipped with handrails. The Collective’s Gallery and exterior entrance spaces are not included in the rental space other than to pass through to the Makerspace. 

Facility hours are from 10:00am – 4:00pm and subject to availability. Users of our space are required to abide by the current guidelines and the User is responsible for providing all consumable items (food, beverages, printed material, clean up supplies etc) for their event. Liquor, recreational drugs, cigarettes/vapes are not permitted in or around the premises.

Makerspace Rental Rates:  $30.00/hr (up to 5hrs) or $150.00/day (5+hrs/day) + GST. Bookings may require a security deposit to reserve your spot.
