$75This is an open call to local artists to be a part of this holiday art sale! Celebrate creativity and support local artisans this holiday season! This holiday event is open to Route 22 Artist Members AND Non-Members.
Join us as we launch the Route 22 Community Celebration of the Arts: Festive Treasures Under $300. The Route 22 Artisan Showcase & Sale—a vibrant market featuring art and fine crafts perfect for every heart, all priced under $300!
All artists applying for this sale must be above 16 years of age.
Please submit your application at your earliest convenience due to limited space. The deadline to submit is the end-of-day on Thursday, October 31st.
If your application is accepted, there is a fee to participate in the sale. This fee helps cover the costs of marketing ads leading up to and during the sale, gallery staff, and labour. Additionally, it will help support our local not-for-profit gallery.
Route 22 Artists Members fee : $50.00
Non-Members fee : $75.00
Non-members have an opportunity to put $25 of this registration fee towards their Route 22 Artist Membership if they choose to join the Artist Collective after the sale is complete. This applies only to first-time artist members to Route 22 Gallery.

The commission policy at Route 22 Gallery for the Festive Treasure Art Sale stipulates that artists will receive 60% of the sale price of their artwork, while Route 22 Gallery will retain 40% as a commission. This structure is designed to support and promote our local artists while helping support the programming of the Route 22 Gallery. Artists will be provided with detailed sales reports and timely payments within 60 business days following the sale.
Please note that the Gallery Director of Route 22 Gallery reserves the right to refuse any artwork deemed inappropriate and/or not in accordance with the Route 22 Gallery code of conduct. Additionally, the Gallery Director may also reject artwork that does not meet the established standards of quality. This policy ensures that all exhibited pieces align with the gallery’s values and maintain a high standard of excellence.
