Workshops, Classes and Events

Most of our Programming is located in the Route 22 Makerspace, Our workshops feature experienced Instructors on a wide range of art topics with something for all ages. Each listing will give you an idea of what skills you will be learning, if an experience level is required and who the instructor will be. Some classes will have a supply list for students, while others might be all supplies included – this information will appear on the listing details.

Types of Workshops, Classes and Events we offer:

Workshop: immersive and all encompassing. Great to inspire someone’s creative practice and learn the basics of a new skill. Easiest commitment for most people – only involves one day of travel time and is affordable.

Weekday or Weeknight Classes: Perfect for topics that have multiple steps, homework/research or complex concepts to master. Also great for independent work and intermediate students.

Events: Could be any length and often are linked to local festivals or holidays. These usually have a fun interactive arts component but might not be lead formally by an instructor like a workshop.

How to Register: Registrations can be made in person at the Gallery or through our online store. You will be contacted by the Programming Director a few days before your workshop to confirm that it is running and give you a refresher of the class details and required supplies.
